Achieved Solutions Coaching was founded on the belief that achieving goals is not about theory, but about clarity, accountability, and consistent action.

Jay Agudo’s story begins in Harrison, New Jersey, where he grew up in a working-class family. His parents were Cuban immigrants, and after their divorce when Jay was nine, he experienced the challenges of living in low-income housing and relying on welfare. Those early years taught him resilience and responsibility — lessons that would carry through his entire career.
At 18, while working his first job, Jay was given a simple rule by his boss’s father: whenever someone asked him how he felt, he had to respond with one word — “Terrific.” If he didn’t, he owed a quarter to the office jar. That small exercise planted a seed. Jay didn’t realize it at the time, but it was his first exposure to the power of mindset. To this day, he still answers that question the same way.
By 20, Jay was raising a family of his own, and leadership was no longer optional — it was necessary. Providing for his two sons and wife gave him a sense of purpose and direction that went far beyond personal ambition. It was here that he first understood what it meant to set goals not just for himself, but for others who depended on him.
At 28, Jay entered the corporate world, landing his first professional role in a billion-dollar corporation. It was a dream realized — as a boy, he had admired cubicles while helping his mother clean offices, imagining himself one day working inside them. Now, that vision was reality.
From there, he went on to manage multimillion-dollar projects for companies like T-Mobile, Tellabs, Sprint PCS, Ericsson, and Nokia. His precision, consistency, and results earned him a reputation as someone who could be trusted with high-stakes outcomes.
But Jay’s story didn’t end with corporate success. In 1992, an early mentor coached him on how to speak in front of groups. Though shy at first, he grew into a confident communicator — a skill that would later become central to his coaching career. Then, in 2019, while teaching a two-week online class on manifesting, he noticed something striking: even after seven days, most participants weren’t achieving the results they hoped for.
That realization became a spark moment. He understood that people needed more than inspiration — they needed a structured, repeatable system.
From that insight, Mynifest was born — a fresh approach to moving beyond surface-level motivation. Soon after, Jay, together with CJ, expanded that framework into what became The Law of Achieved: a principle-driven system that transforms clarity and accountability into measurable progress. From there, the foundation for Achieved Solutions Coaching was set, built not just on ideas, but on proven methods designed for long-term success.
Today, Jay lives by a simple belief: we have control over what we create. He embodies this daily through conscious awareness, affirmations, and deliberate action — and teaches others to do the same. His favorite mantra, “I am a healthy and wealthy strong young man,” is more than words; it’s a reminder that mindset precedes results.
Looking forward, Jay hopes his legacy will be a body of work that endures for generations — tools, systems, and methods that people can rely on to achieve their goals, long after he’s gone. As he often says: “If it worked for me, it can work for others.”
CJ is a nationally recognized motivational speaker whose journey from resilience to leadership has shaped a career dedicated to transforming lives. Known for his ability to connect deeply with audiences, CJ empowers individuals to see beyond limitation and embrace the discipline of achievement.
CJ’s early life was defined by movement. His family traveled across the country in search of opportunity, exposing him to diverse communities, schools, and cultures. What might have been a disruptive upbringing instead became an education — teaching CJ adaptability, perspective, and a lived understanding of human psychology.
Raised by hardworking parents, CJ was instilled with both resilience and empathy. His father modeled discipline and perseverance, while his mother exemplified compassion and humility. This balance became the foundation of his character and the lens through which he would one day lead and inspire others.
Though naturally reserved, CJ grew more confident during high school, observing what made leaders effective and applying those lessons in his own interactions. Years later, a dark period marked by depression and a suicide attempt became the defining shift in his life. From that moment forward, CJ carried a renewed appreciation for life and purpose — a turning point that propelled him into motivational speaking in 2010.
Since then, CJ has delivered his message to audiences nationwide — speaking at universities, boardrooms, community events, corporations, major conferences, and private sessions. Notable examples include Emporia State University and the Missouri Department of Mental Health’s Show Me You Care Suicide Prevention Conference. His philosophy is simple but powerful: “If you have a heartbeat, you have a purpose.”
Guided by this belief, CJ joined forces with Jay Agudo to create Achieved Solutions Coaching, a platform built not on fleeting motivation but on systems of clarity, accountability, and repeatable success. Together, they are reshaping how people approach goals — moving beyond inspiration to measurable transformation.
Looking to the future, CJ’s hope is clear: to be remembered not for recognition, but for impact. His legacy is in lives changed — individuals, families, and communities empowered to achieve more, equipped with the tools they already carry within.
When Jay and CJ look ahead, they see Achieved Solutions Coaching as a global educational platform — one that instills the discipline and etiquette of achievement into everyday life. Their vision is to create more than a coaching company. They are building a movement that delivers lasting results instead of the fleeting motivation offered by outdated models. In the next 5–10 years, ASC will expand nationally, globally, and digitally, giving people everywhere access to proven systems of clarity, accountability, and growth.
What sets ASC apart is its foundation in real experience. Jay and CJ aren’t teaching theories — they are sharing the lessons that shaped their own lives and careers. With a practical and evolutionary approach, ASC doesn’t just inspire; it equips people to take consistent action. As the company grows, this difference will only sharpen, polarizing ASC from traditional programs that chase dopamine instead of transformation. In time, ASC intends to redefine how the world thinks about coaching altogether — not as temporary encouragement, but as a lifelong framework for success.
The systems already in place — Mynifest, The Law of Achieved, and the core ASC divisions — form a complete foundation today, but they are designed to evolve as the needs of people evolve. Courses and merchandise are already part of the platform, and apps are on the horizon. Every new tool is built with the same mission: to make achievement accessible, measurable, and repeatable.
The founders hope that the impact of ASC will be seen in the lives of those who use it: individuals breaking cycles of limitation, families finding stability through progress, and communities strengthened by people who are living their potential. The goal is not only to help people set goals, but to change the very culture of achievement — replacing quick fixes with lasting transformation.
In the years ahead, Jay and CJ see themselves as more than founders. They are coaches, visionaries, speakers, and mentors — continuing to guide people directly while preparing the next generation of leaders who will carry ASC further. Ultimately, they hope to be remembered as pioneers who reshaped the path to achievement: not just men who built a company, but leaders who left behind a living legacy that will help people achieve for decades and centuries to come.
